Our Edge Grain wood flooring products are made by cutting thin rails from flat sawn boards, and joining them together, with the edges of the boards standing up.

Edge Grain Flooring is a way to utilize the waste created when manufacturing other hardwood flooring materials such as; parquet and engineered and solid plank. Off cuts are mixed together in finger format (ladder pattern) to make this eco-friendly flooring product. Available FSC certified upon request.

2. Bamboo-Caramel

Our compressed High Density® Bamboo Edge Grain consists of small floor “boards” made from short solid bamboo strips, creating a ladder pattern for a distinctive look. The “boards” are in fact blocks of unfinished strips bundled together. High Density® Bamboo is a very stable flooring option, suitable for both commercial and residential interior applications.

Bamboo is one of the fastest growing, renewable resources in the world. It only takes a bamboo stem just 4-5 years to mature and acquire its excellent hardwood-like characteristics (hardness, strength, dimensional stability).
